Focaccia Workshop – La Dolce Vita

In the spirit of “La Dolce Vita”, we will spend a relaxed and sociable evening together. As a special highlight, you will enjoy freshly baked focaccia straight from the oven, paired with wine and Italian antipasti prepared by Chef Evy from Grand Pension Franziska.

 

During the workshop, you will learn how to shape, top, and bake light and fluffy focaccia.

 

At the beginning of the course, you will be shown step by step how to prepare your own focaccia dough using yeast. Since the dough requires some time to rise, Brototyp will already have prepared dough in advance. Participants will then shape and decorate their focaccia creatively. Whether you prefer a simple design or an elaborate floral masterpiece, the choice is entirely yours.

 

Each participant will leave with a generous piece of focaccia as well as the recipe to continue baking and enjoying it at home.
