Reservation
Your booking will be confirmed with a 50% deposit per apartment, confirmed by us in writing, within the specified transfer deadline.
Cancellation & Travel Insurance
Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. From 8 to 2 weeks before arrival, 80% must be paid, and from 2 weeks before arrival, 100% of the booked stay will be charged for unoccupied beds. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged. In addition, the Austrian hotel contract terms apply (place of jurisdiction Saalfelden).
