Perched at 1,500 metres in the heart of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm, a quick ski stop easily turns into an unforgettable day. Conveniently located right next to slopes 50 to 53, Walleggalm is home to one of the most spectacular sun terraces in the Glemmtal Valley, where warm hospitality, exceptional food, and an unforgettable atmosphere come together.

Your #MEGATIME starts early. From 8:30 am, enjoy freshly brewed coffee and warm croissants, while from 9:00 am, our traditional Bavarian breakfast awaits with Weißwurst, a freshly baked pretzel, and half a litre of beer – the perfect way to kick off a ski day that's worth making last a little longer.

For lunch, indulge in classic Austrian alpine favourites, our legendary Walleggalm Pizza, or a premium Pinzgau tomahawk steak. Pair it with a refreshing drink, great music, and panoramic views of the snow-covered mountains. This is what Walleggalm is all about – and why guests keep coming back.

From 1:00 pm, DJ Toni sets the soundtrack for the afternoon. With the perfect feel for the crowd, he creates an unforgettable après-ski vibe across the sun terrace and stage. Regular events and live performances featuring artists such as Micaela Schäfer, Mental Theo, and Isi Glück turn an ordinary ski day into true #MEGATIME, creating memories that last long after the final run.

The day is yours to enjoy your way. Relax in the exclusive Skybox, soak up the panoramic views from the Infinity Veranda, gather with friends in one of our lively umbrella bars, or join the action in front of the stage. Every area has its own unique atmosphere, but everywhere you'll find the same feeling: life simply feels better up here.

Walleggalm also provides the perfect setting for unforgettable events. Whether you're planning a corporate event, incentive trip, wedding, workshop, concert, or private celebration, our alpine venue at 1,500 metres offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience. With flexible event spaces, professional sound and lighting technology, and capacity for up to 2,000 guests, every event becomes a genuine Walleggalm experience. During the summer season, the lodge is available exclusively for private events.

Opening Hours

During the winter season, Walleggalm is open daily from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, the fun continues until 7:00 pm.

Reserve your favourite table online in advance and start your #MEGATIME without a worry. Afterwards, the Walleggalm Mountain Bus will take you safely back down to the valley.
