Freeride World Tour
Fieberbrunn is the only stop of the freeride premium class, the FREERIDE WORLD TOUR 2020, in Austria and Germany. The world's best freeriders have to climb about 40 minutes to reach the peak of Wildseeloder where they drop down a slope of 620 metres from the start position at 2,118 m altitude. There, they have to overcome a slope gradient of up to 70 degrees. Please follow Freeride World Tour on Facebook to stay up to date.
The audience can watch the freeriders' runs from the adjacent Lärchfilzkogel (1,645 m) at Contest Village. Surrounding the audience gallery, which looks like an antique amphitheater and is made from snow, many fringe events will take place during the race.
As the race gets broadcast live on a giant screen, the audience - hosts and fans - won't miss a thing in the snow arena at Lärchfilzkogel. During the past few years, thousands of fans have been coming to Lärchfilzkogel to experience the freeride event at Wildseeloder live!
