Snowshoeing can be practiced from recreational sports to therapeutic exercise to high-performance sports.
Duration: from 1 hour light over 2 hour of slightly more demanding, to 5 hour demanding tours: there is something for everyone!
Bring along: Good mood, warm clothes (adapted to the weather conditions) and sturdy shoes - mountain boots would be best. Maybe also change clothes.
