Lindlingalm

open today

At the far end of the Glemmtal, where the road comes to an end and the mountains close in around you, you’ll find the Lindlingalm. In summer, the Talschluss train takes you comfortably right up to the hut, while in winter, a horse-drawn sleigh takes you through the snow-covered valley. Getting there is therefore already part of the experience.

Inside, cosy rustic dining rooms await, while outside there is a sunny terrace that you won’t want to leave anytime soon. The menu features pork knuckle, Kaspressknödel, Almpfandl and other regional and international classics, many of which are made using produce from the farm and in-house cheese dairy. The Hasenauer family and their team make sure you feel right at home – just with a much better view. And if you still have some energy left afterwards, the Baumzipfelweg trail with the “Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps” is just around the corner.
