The Energy Community makes a valuable contribution to sustainable energy supply in the Home of Lässig. Locally generated electricity from photovoltaic systems and hydropower is fed into the regional grid and made available at attractive rates to consumers, including the municipality, mountain lift operators, hotels, and private households. The benefits are shared by everyone involved. Renewable energy producers receive higher compensation for the electricity they generate, while consumers benefit from lower electricity costs. At the same time, the model reduces the load on the national power grid, creating significant economic and environmental value.

The community is coordinated and managed through software developed locally in the valley. From collecting meter data to final billing and the automatic creation of bank payment orders, the platform digitalizes and automates the entire administrative process, ensuring efficient and transparent operation.
