Since 2009, a team based in Saalbach has been helping hotels and hospitality businesses stay on top of their marketing, allowing them to focus on their guests. GESA.MT sees itself as an “internal external marketing employee”: the team knows the businesses, the region and the seasons, and understands what is needed at any given time. This could be a new summer package for the website, a newsletter that needs to go out on time, or a photoshoot where everything from the model to the morning light has to be just right. Social media, SEO texts, graphic design, booking platforms and budget planning are also part of the service. The goal: to ensure that hosts come across online just as authentically and genuinely as they do at the reception desk.
