STATEMENT ON ACCESSIBILITY

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements of products and services.


Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, this website is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1’ in accordance with the applicable harmonised European standard ‘European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2022.08)’.

A complete relaunch of the website is currently being prepared. The new website will be completely accessible and compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549. The go-live date is planned for autumn 2026.

 

Notes: PDF documents are available for download on the website that are not yet accessible. If you need help with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact contact@saabach.com. In this case, we will try to make the content available to you in a suitable manner as far as possible.


b) Disproportionate burden: 
For economic and organisational reasons, it is currently not possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.


c) This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
Older documents and content that are not accessible are available on the website. As these were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.


The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that are neither developed, financed nor controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with the accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
