Hike to Sausteige – beautiful panoramic tour

• Meeting point: 9:15 a.m. at the Kohlmais valley station
• Walking time: approx. 5.5 hours
• Distance: approx. 17.2 km
• Elevation gain: approx. 494 m
• Route: Ascent with the Kohlmaisbahn – to Asitzkopf and continue via Geierkogel and Sausteige to Jahnhütte – descent to Viehhofen – return transfer to Saalbach Hinterglemm
• Requirements: Good physical condition, sure-footedness, a head for heights, and a sporty pace are required.
