Our Mountainlovers Berghotel *** SeidlAlm impresses with its unique location at the summit of the Schönleitenbahn and connecting point to Leogang to the Asitzbahn.
Strengthened by the rich breakfast buffet with regional products in winter, about 270 kilometers of slopes are waiting for the beginners, advanced skiers and also freeriders. Uniquely the development of many ski areas fused to one (Saalbach-Vorderglemm-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn and now new since winter 2019 the ZellamSeeXpress on the Schmittenhöhe). After the apres ski in our new bar, the in-house sauna invites you to relax and unwind. In the silence of the mountains, when the evening comes to rest, we indulge you with a half board menu and you can end the evening in the Stüberl with a glass of wine.

Hotel policies
To make your journey at the WINTER easier, first of all a few information.
The Berghotel Seidl-Alm and the Schanzerhütte are located at an altitude of 1804 metres,
and are the two highest guesthouses in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang ski circus.
In winter, therefore, both houses can only be reached by the "SCHÖNLEITEN-KABINENBAHN" or by ski.
Please drive with your car to the valley station of the Schönleiten cable car and unload your suitcases.
Then park your car in the specially marked car park "Berghotel Seidl-Alm und Schönleitenhütte",
as the other large car parks are all for day parkers only. Address for your navigation system of the car park (approx. 150 metres from the Schönleiten cable car): "Jausern No. 692, 5753 Saalbach". In "Google Maps ©" simply search for "Landhaus Seidl. In the time from 3 to 4 pm you can take the Schönleitenbahn to the summit with your ski ticket.
At a later time there is no possibility to reach our chalets. We will not provide any compensation - financial or material - for additional costs incurred due to late arrival or stoppage of the lift facilities, etc.! When you arrive at the top station, someone from the team will be waiting for you and take your suitcases to transport them to the hotel.
From the mountain station of the "SCHÖNLEITENBAHN" you can then ski down to the Berghotel Seidl-Alm or the Schanzerhütte (approx. 800 m).
