WINTER RUN 03: Valley End - Lindlingalm

A great running route for experienced winter runners in the picturesque valley end of Saalbach.

Starting at the 12er KOGEL parking lot in the district of Hinterglemm, run briefly along the sidewalk to the Forellenhof bridge and then continue along the promenade to the Zwölfer Nordbahn. At this point, take the underpass and continue the run on the other side of the Saalach. Here you partly move on the official cross-country trail and should therefore place your steps carefully to avoid unnecessarily damaging the cross-country track. Also, be mindful of oncoming traffic. Along the trail or promenade, run to the district of Lengau. From Lengau, do not follow the trail anymore but continue along the road into the valley end. At the Lindlingalm junction, choose the right winter path and run to the Lindlingalm. The destination is reached. Return to the starting point using the same route.
