Village round Saalbach

Circular hiking route through Saalbach

Right at the start, next to the Tourism Service Center, is the Cross Chapel. Through the village, you first reach the parsonage and then the parish church with the watchtower in the village center.

The highest point of the hike is Ronach, from where you have a very nice view of the village of Saalbach and also the valley end with the Tristkogel.

On the descent, you will also pass the Berger Cross - a monument-protected wayside shrine.
