SH 37 Root Trail at the Kohlmaisbahn in Saalbach Hinterglemm

Natural and very rooty singletrail just below the mountain ridge, which can be ridden in both directions.

This trail is unsupervised and not permanently maintained. Riding is at your own risk. There is no special hazard protection along the route. For this reason, there is no official indication whether the trail is open or closed. The road traffic regulations (StVO) apply on all mountain bike routes marked by the tourism association and the mountain railways!

Root addicts will experience true moments of happiness on this footpath, while beginners will find it a somewhat bumpy affair, as the name of the trail is no coincidence. Nevertheless, the trail is perfect for honing your riding technique.
