NEW: Hochalm - Your Mountain of Adventures.
This summer, Kodok, the guardian of the Reiterkogel, is set to provide plenty of fun, adventure and discoveries after moving his home to the Hochalm. Around the Hochalm reservoir, Kodok’s Educational Path invites explorers of all ages to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of mountain railways. At numerous stations, Kodok offers exciting insights into the tasks and operations of the mountain railways, turning the work into a real adventure.
But that’s not all: this summer, the Hochalm becomes the stage for unforgettable mountain experiences. Guided hikes invite you to discover nature together, the new outdoor fitness area combines exercise with panoramic views, and the popular OKIDOKI Children’s Festival on 24 July promises fun, games and beaming children’s faces.
In short: this summer, the Hochalm is the place to be for families, nature lovers and anyone looking to experience adventure, exercise and special mountain moments.

Parents, take note – Family Bonus: When parents buy single tickets, one child up to 16 (born between 2011 - 2020, photo ID needed) pays the regular price, the second child pays 50% and all of the other children travel for free. Children up to 6 (born in 2021 or later, photo ID needed) travel for free when accompanied by their parents. The Family Bonus does not apply to the WanderCard and bike tickets.
Ticket sales: Tickets are available at the C1 Hochalm cable car valley station during operating hours or in the Onlineshop.
Dogs: Dogs must wear a muzzle in the cable cars! Transportation fee: Day ticket € 8.50 | 7-day ticket € 32.50 | Annual ticket € 85.00
