Trail First Aid & Crash Management

This course provides practical first aid skills specifically designed for mountain bikers.

Participants will learn how to respond correctly after a fall, assess injuries, secure accident sites, and administer first measures in the field. The course focuses on realistic scenarios, simple procedures, and clear decision-making structures.

An essential course for anyone who rides trails or alpine terrain regularly.

Know what to do when it really matters? Responsibility starts before the accident.

Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Meeting point: Kohlmais cable car base station, Skiliftstraße 234, 5753 Saalbach

Please bring: Your bike, protective gear, a valid lift pass (with the HOL TEAM Card, one lift ride per day is included – bikes are included), and food and drinks.
