On December 31st, we’ll be cooking on the rooftop of the Grand Pension Franziska!

After all, New Year’s Eve in Saalbach can get quite lively. For everyone who prefers to ring in the new year in a warm, cozy, family-style atmosphere, we warmly invite you to our New Year’s Eve evening on the rooftop by the fireplace.

In keeping with our beloved family tradition, the highlight of the night will be a fondue featuring meat from the Pinzgau region. Fondue is a dish for special occasions and symbolizes togetherness and shared enjoyment – the perfect way to celebrate the start of a new year with friends and family.

Your New Year’s Eve with us:

• Small nibbles to start
• Starter
• Fondue with homemade beef broth and three types of Pinzgau meat, served with sauces & sides
• Dessert
• Mulled wine or non-alcoholic punch on the terrace
• A glass of frizzante or non-alcoholic sparkling wine for the toast
• The Blue Danube Waltz at midnight – just as it should be in Austria
