Pilates

A strong core is the basis for a healthy spine and effective movement sequences - whether for strength training, biking, skiing or everyday life.

 

Targeted exercises strengthen the abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles. In the 60-minute session, we combine breathing, strengthening and stretching in a flow of movement.

 

The session is suitable for all fitness levels!
