LVS (Avalanche Transceiver) Basic Training

Every Tuesday from 13:00 to 16:00 hours in Saalbach Hinterglemm

 

Learn the basics in the appropriate handling of the avalanche transceiver equipment:
Operating LVS equipment (coarse search, fine search, multiple avalanche burials)
Probe and sounding
Digging out the buried subject
First Aid
Assessment of the avalanche situation report & build-up of snow cover
Behaviour during an avalanche
practical search in the terrain (ski/snowboard equipment & ski pass required)
 

Price: 59 Euro per person including LVS equipment (search device, probe, shovel)
