• Meeting point: 10:15 a.m. at the Lengau bus stop 
• Walking time: approx. 3.5 hours
• Distance: approx. 8.6 km
• Elevation gain: approx. 495 m
• Total duration: approx. 5 hours
• Route description: Visit a traditional alpine hut and learn interesting facts about life on the alpine pastures in Saalbach Hinterglemm. Route: Lengau – Forsthofalm – Saalalm – along the educational trail to Lindlingalm – return to Lengau

General information for guided hikes:

• Free participation with JOKER CARD or guest card
• Ankle-high hiking boots, rain gear, and sun protection are required
• Walking times include both ascent and descent
• Hikes take place in all weather conditions – alternative routes are available in case of bad weather
• Please note that dogs are not allowed on guided hikes
