• Meeting point: 9:15 AM at the valley station of the Hochalmbahn
• Duration: approx. 4.5 hours
• Distance: approx. 9.4 km
• Elevation gain: approx. 640 m
• Route: Ascent with the Hochalmbahn – hike across alpine meadows to Reichkendlkopf – Hochalmspitze – descent via Rosswaldhütte back to the Hochalmbahn
• Requirements: Good physical condition, sure-footedness, no fear of heights, and a sporty pace are required.

The Hochalmbahn is free of charge with the JOKER CARD.

• Ankle-high hiking boots, rain gear, and sun protection are required for all hikes
• Walking times include both ascent and descent
• The hike takes place in all weather conditions – alternative routes are available in bad weather
• Please note that dogs are not permitted on guided hikes
