Workshop: Foot reflexology massage – relaxation for everyday working life

In this practical workshop, you will gain a simple, everyday insight into the application of foot reflexology massage.

Especially in tourism, where we are on our feet a lot and often work under time pressure, a short, targeted self-application can work wonders.

Together we will discover
– how the most important reflex zones are structured,
– how you can apply them to yourself to release tension,
– and how small rituals at the end of a long working day can provide more peace, regeneration, and well-being.
