Our Top 2, bookable for up to 4 people, offers 39 m² of cosiness, state-of-the-art facilities and a top location between Saalbach and Hinterglemm. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with an open shower & toilet, a comfortable living area with sofa bed, dining area & open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a 30 m² sun terrace with gas grill.
The fascinating holiday package is rounded off by free Wi-Fi throughout the property, parking spaces directly in front of the building, a fruit basket on your arrival, coffee and tea facilities and a washing facility for your bikes in summer. As an additional summer special, every guest receives a breakfast voucher for the Sonnalm (on the Reiterkogel in Hinterglemm).

Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
