The apartments of the Residenz "Der Wieshofer", newly built for the 2019/20 winter season, offer everything that makes your holiday heart beat faster: dreamlike comfort, luxurious furnishings and perfect location directly next to the ski slope. The apartments in alpine style for 6 to 8 persons offer separate bedrooms with double beds, a comfortable living area with open kitchen and sofa bed, high-quality bathrooms as well as a terrace or balcony with a magnificent view of the Saalbach-Hinterglem mountain and valley landscape. The building also offers a wellness area with a sauna and relaxation room. All guests can additionally use Wi-Fi, parking spaces directly next to the building as well as in the parking garage and a ski room free of charge.
Enjoy the bombastic location of the Ski-In-Ski-Out-Residence right next to the ski slope at the Mitteregglift. Start directly in front of the accommodation and swing off after a strenuous ski day directly at the accommodation again. The Mitteregglift offers you a connection to the whole ski circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. The ski bus stops directly at the main street and takes you to the most important ski lifts in the region free of charge within a few minutes. The centre of Hinterglemm with all its bars, ski shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by foot in about 5 - 10 minutes. The ski school Skill is located right next to the accommodation.
Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
