Mitterstall
Our self-catering cottage is located directly on the 12er-Nord cable car and the Hochalm-Lifts.
The Mitterstall is a 300-year-old, superbly renovated stable that combines romance, comfort and a rustic location right on the slopes. Our accommodation is in close proximity to the 12er-Nordbahn and the Hochalmbahnen, which means you can easily get there on skis. From Martenhof you can reach the cottage in just five minutes on foot. With a living space of 140m², the Mitterstall offers space for up to 10 people.
In summer our cottage can be reached directly by car so you can get to us effortlessly. Enjoy the peace and the breathtaking nature around the cabin while you benefit from our amenities. In summer, our cottage is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours through the impressive mountain landscape.
Relax in our new log sauna with breathtaking panoramic views of the Glemmtal mountains and experience a unique form of relaxation.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
In winter we bring your luggage directly to the Mitterstall! Your car will be parked at the Martenhof!
In summer the Mitterstall can be reached by car!
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
Short stay: For a short stay we charge a surcharge of 10% for bookings of up to 3 days.
Towel change possible for a fee!
Bread roll service: We are happy to bring fresh pastries directly to your apartment, optionally with homemade products such as butter, milk, eggs, etc. Price variable according to order.
The Austrian hotel contractual conditions apply. Place of jurisdiction: Saalfelden.
Cancellations are certainly annoying, but something can always come up. We try to be tolerant and do not charge anything for cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival. (except for the deposit, which we will pay back if we are able to re-rent the apartment)
If you cancel later, we will try to re-rent the apartment, otherwise we will charge the full amount. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with European Travel Insurance.
