Cancellation policy:
Cancellation without cancellation fee:

• Up to five months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, both contracting parties, i.e. both the guest and the accommodation provider, may cancel the accommodation contract without paying a cancellation fee.

Cancellation with cancellation fee:

• Cancellations made five months or more before the agreed date of arrival of the guest are subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the package price.
• Cancellations made 2 months or more before the agreed date of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 80% of the package price. 
• Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the agreed date of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the package price. 

In addition, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply.
Travel insurance:
Because something can always happen, we recommend that you take out insurance with the europäischen Reiserversicherung. As well as cancellation costs, trip interruption, involuntary trip extension or mountain emergency, Covid19 is also insured!
