MORNING
Early in the morning, you can choose between a sumptuous breakfast buffet or an à la carte ‘Guten Morgen BEI ANNA’ in the coffee house. It's easy.
IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY
You can find sweet and savoury snacks for in between at BEI ANNA, on the mountain at Alm 1350 or at one of the numerous huts somewhere in between. Want an insider tip?

With us you can enjoy an à la carte menu, suggested by us or put together by yourself

Hotel policies
Your room will be ready from 3.00 pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your room by 11.00 am on departure day.
Booking
We kindly ask you to pay the deposit within the fixed period as indicated in our offer once your booking has been conformed. The deposit will be deducted from your final account. Please remember the bank charges you may be charged with. The balance is payable on departure day. We also accept payment by VISA and MasterCard.

Cancellation terms
WINTER 2024/25:
Until 4 weeks before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fee
From 4 weeks before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price
From 2 weeks before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.
The right of cancellation within the cooking-off period as established in § 18, section 1, number 10 FAGG (Austrian Law on Distance Selling) shall not apply.
