Your room will be available from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us and take advantage of the day. Please inform us if you are arriving after 7p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m. Late check-out can be arranged and is subject to availability.
Deposit
With a deposit the reservation is fixed.
Cancellation:
Unforeseen circumstances may force you to cancellation, delayed arrival or early
departure. In such cases please inform us in due time!
We follow the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association (ÖHV):
up to 3 months prior to your arrival - no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month prior to your arrival - 40% of the total booking amount
1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival - 70% of the total booking amount
within the last 7 days before Arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure we Charge 90% of the total booking amount.
With the publication of the current price list, all previous price lists are invalid. Errors and omissions reserved. Moreover, the relevant provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply. Place of fulfillment is 5753 Saalbach, place of jurisdiction is Saalfelden.
