The Holiday Lodge Felix, bookable for up to 20 people, is divided over 3 floors, includes 6 separate, independent apartments and offers a living area of 240 m². On request, additional 3 sleeping sofas can be booked for a total of 6 persons. The house in country style has 8 bedroom, 6 kitchens, 5 bathrooms with shower, a comfortable living area with open fireplace, a sun terrace and a spa and presents the perfect venue for an unforgettable summer or winter holiday in the ski and biking area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang- Fieberbrunn.
The house is located in a quiet but central location between Saalbach and Hinterglemm. The local centers of Saalbach and Hinterglemm are both within 15 walking minutes. The ski bus stop and the supermarket are almost directly outside the front door. The ski downhill is possible almost right to the front door of the lodge.

Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
