Situated in Saalbach, next to the Kohlmaisbahn, we offer nice apartments of various sizes next to the Kohlmais liftstation. With 5 beautiful apartments the house WILLIBALD is modern yet cosy with all the conveniences. All rooms are fitted with bathroom or a shower, WC, flat screen TV in all our rooms and in all, kitchen, Wi Fi, radio, hairdryer. Our Kitchens are fully fitted and also furnished with coffee-machine, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also Linen and towels are in the apartments. We are a member of the Saalbach Joker card system, providing you with a free lift pass for walking, mountain biking and sightseeing. Free access to the Saalbach out-doors swimming pool and much more. The large garden with barbecue area which offers opportunities for mountain bike repair and overlooks the village of Saalbach is a suntrap in the long Summer months. There is one parking place per apartment in front of the building where you can leave your car. In our position you do not need a car because we are situated directly into the beautiful town centre! Rescission by the Party Cancellation fee 5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. 5.6 Outside the period specified in 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees: - 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival; - 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival; - 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
When making a reservation we allow ourselves an immediate deposit of 40% of the total amount. Only after receipt of the deposit will confirm the validity of your booking.
