Cancellations are only possible in writing. Up to 45 days before the start date, 30% of the invoice amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the invoice amount will be due, with less than 7 days 90% of the invoice amount will be charged.
Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure 100% cancellation fee.

The invalidity of individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of an ineffective provision, an effective regulation which is as close as possible to its economic content shall take place. The same applies to any contractual gaps. The correction of errors, in particular of writing or arithmetic errors in written offers, confirmations or prospectuses of the landlord, remains reserved. Deviations and collateral agreements must be recorded in writing.
