The central but also quiet location is not only ideal for those seeking relaxation. Just a few metres from the front door is the Eder downhill run on the Kohlmais and you can ski directly to the lift and then ski down in front of the flat - it couldn't be more relaxed. The Joker Card is included in summer.

Our studios and flats all have a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

In summer, you can enjoy our garden while relaxing on the sun loungers next to our ponds.
