Completely renovated for the winter season 2018/19, the state-of-the-art, comfortable apartment Saalbacher Perle Top 3, bookable for up to 6 persons, offers on 65 m² living space everything that makes your holidaymaker's heart beat faster: two separate bedrooms with double beds (an extra-long bed with 2,10 m), two bathrooms with open plan showers and toilets, a living area with open, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed, a 8 m² balcony and a 20 m² terrace with facsinating view of the beautiful mountain and valley landscape of one of the most beautiful summer and winter sports areas of the country, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. Free parking in front of the house, a ski room and free Wi-Fi is available to all guests. On request, a baby bed can be booked.
The apartment is located in an apartment building in a quiet yet central location between Saalbach and Hinterglemm in one of the most fascinating summer and winter sports areas in Austria, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. The center of Saalbach can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot, the ski bus stops every 5 to 10 minutes directly on the main road (about 2 walking minutes). The nearest supermarket, the M-Preis, is just about 250 meters from the apartment. Swing off after a tiring ski day via the Slope 86 and 86a from the Sunliner-Lift almost directly at the apartment.
Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
