YOGA Session

For all yoga lovers and those who want to become one - treat yourself to a little break from everyday life and let your body, mind and soul relax.

In this Yoga session, you flow from one posture to the next, look inward and find yourself completely. Various body and breathing exercises will help you to feel better about your body and bring you into here and now.

Yoga is for everyone! Therefore, this lesson is suitable for everyone, whether beginner or advanced.
