Yoga in the Garden

Enjoy outdoor yoga every Wednesday in August from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in the garden of Apartments Niederseer.

Experience a flowing Vinyasa Flow practice with mindful breathing and an extra-long Sound Savasana, accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.

If possible, please bring your own yoga mat and, if you like, a blanket.

All levels are welcome. Sessions take place only in good, dry weather.
