Vision Board Workshop

A vision board is a creative collage of images, words, and symbols that visualizes your dreams and goals. In this workshop, you will consciously take time to pause and connect with what you truly want for your life.

At the beginning, a guided meditation will help you to perceive your inner vision even more clearly. Then you will immerse yourself in the creative process and design your own personal vision board. If you wish, you can share your goals and dreams with the group at the end to further strengthen your motivation.

Who is the workshop intended for?

This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to treat themselves to a conscious break in an appreciative group and make their goals visible.

Materials are provided, but if you have any magazines at home that you have already read, please feel free to bring them along.
