Traditional Alpine Wrestling - Local Championship

"Ranggeln" is one of the oldest sports in the Alps – even the Celts practiced this traditional form of wrestling.

You can experience the various throws and holds at the Saalbach Local Championship in Traditional Alpine Wrestling on August 9th, 2025, as part of the Hinterglemm Farmers' Market in the cultural heritage area next to the Bundesschullandheim.
