TEAM Pizza & Natural Wine Tasting

On 15. June, things will get hot on the roof of the Grand Pension Franziska - we're firing up the pizza oven and inviting the Home of Lässig TEAM to a pizza evening together!

Together with Judit from Brototyp Baking, we will not only conjure up heavenly Neapolitan pizzas, but also enjoy the view, the company and a natural wine tasting.

What awaits you:

- Pizza course with Judit - you will learn how to make real Neapolitan dough (yeast dough with 24-72h long rise)
- Take-away - everyone gets two dough pieces to take home
- Hands-on pizza baking - Judit will bring prepared dough for the evening, which you just have to shape, top and bake in the hot oven
- Pizza meets vino - there will be matching natural wines to savour and toast to
