Treat yourself to a break from everyday life. Lie down on your mat in comfortable clothes, close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by the gentle vibrations of the sound bath - played on singing bowls, wind chimes and other instruments.

No effort, no stress - just pure relaxation to help you recharge your batteries.

To make it extra cosy, bring a small cushion and a blanket with you.
