Mountain Lake Yoga & Brunch

To all nature lovers! Let's experience sparkling moments together that light up our souls and bring us to rest. Together as the Home of Lässig TEAM we will conquer the beauty of the Glemmtal mountains.

We start with a relaxing and enjoyable yoga session iat the mountain lake and feel the power of our local nature. Our Miriam will fill up your batteries with a fresh forest yoga session.

Afterwards we will go to a cozy brunch on the alpine pasture and enjoy the fantastic view of the Glemmtal mountains and the time together with like-minded people. 

For whom: All TEAM Card members

Where: Meeting point 09:00am at Hochalmgondel valley station (1 TEAM Card mountain ride is required)

Equipment: comfortable clothes, yoga mats are available, who wants to take his own yoga mat, can of course take it with him.
