• Meeting point: 09:15 AM at the valley station of the 12er KOGEL lift
• Hiking time: approx. 3.5 hours
• Distance: approx. 8.7 km
• Elevation gain: approx. 370 m
• Route: Ascent with the 12er KOGEL lift to the top station – climb via Hoher Penhab to Seekar – descent via Ellmaualm to the mid-station
