• Meeting point: 09:15 AM at the valley station of the 12er KOGEL lift
• Hiking time: approx. 4.5 hours
• Distance: approx. 10.5 km
• Elevation gain: approx. 390 m
• Route: Ascent with the 12er KOGEL lift to the top station – climb via Hoher Penhab to Schönhoferwand – continue via Stoffennieder to Ellmaualm and on to the mid-station of the 12er KOGEL lift
