Free guided hike: Rosswaldhütte

Our certified mountain guides will show you the most beautiful winter hikes in and around Saalbach Hinterglemm.

• Meeting point: 10:00 a.m., 12er KOGEL valley station
• Duration: approx. 4.5 hours
• Walking time: approx. 3.5 hours
• Distance: approx. 10.6 km
• Elevation profile: approx. 510 m, appropriate fitness required
• Difficulty: technically easy hike, mainly on cleared forest trails
• Route description: Ascent via Lindlingweg to Rosswaldhütte - descent via Pfefferalm to Hinterglemm (or by cable car)
• What to bring: good, sturdy shoes, winter clothing, warm drink

General information for guided hikes:

• Ankle-high hiking boots and winter clothing (gloves, hat, etc.) are required for all hikes!
• Walking times include ascent and descent!
• Hikes take place in all weather conditions—alternative routes are available in case of bad weather! The meeting point remains the same.
