Erste Hilfe & Crash Management MTB

This course provides practical first aid knowledge specifically for mountain bikers. Participants learn how to respond correctly after crashes, assess injuries, secure accident scenes, and perform initial emergency measures in the field. Realistic scenarios, simple procedures, and clear decision-making structures are at the core of the training. An essential course for anyone regularly riding trails or alpine terrain.
