BergGlitzern: Yin Day Yogasession

Calling all nature-loving women! We’re bringing a touch of sparkle to the mountains just for you. Let’s create shimmering moments together that light up the soul and invite deep relaxation. In women’s groups, we explore the beauty of the Glemmtal mountains side by side.

Start your day with a relaxing and sensual Yin yoga session and feel the power of our local nature. Miriam will guide you through the Yin Day.

• Meeting point: 10:00 AM at the Hochalmbahn valley station (ascent with the JOKER CARD is free)

• Equipment: comfortable clothing; yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer
• The Yin Day is free of charge.

About Miriam

Miriam’s yoga journey began around 10 years ago. Growing up in Saalbach, where skiing and mountain biking are right on her doorstep, these activities became two of her great passions—though they also came with a certain risk of injury. This led her to seek a gentler balance. For Miriam, yoga is a path toward greater acceptance and self-determination for body, mind, and soul—a never-ending journey. Her style blends traditional practices with modern influences, always in search of new inspiration and knowledge.
