Language course English A1 for beginners

English as a foreign language - in this language course, non-English speaking staff members learn the basics of the English language. 

Concrete contents: 

• Greetings, introductions, origins, names
• letters, being able to spell
• Being able to ask how you are - how are you? Introducing yourself and your family
• Talking about where they live
• Being able to name food, write a shopping list, ask for a word - what does ...? ?
• Being able to name and locate rooms in a flat, and to localise them.
• Being able to name and locate rooms in a flat, describe houses and flats in simple terms
• Being able to name furniture, colours, ask what time it is, tell time.

The focus is on vocabulary relevant to employees in the tourism, hotel and mountain railway sectors.

Aim of the course: Mastering basic knowledge of the English language - giving information, describing simple actions, naming objects.

The course starts on 05.02.2024 and runs for 4 weeks (24 lessons)

Exact dates: 05.02., 07.02., 12.02., 14.02., 19.02., 21.02., 26.02., 28.02. - each Monday & Wednesday from 14:30 - 17:00 hrs

This course at level A1 is for beginners with little or no previous knowledge of English. In this course, the English language is taught in a very basic way using simple everyday situations.
