Successful communication is the key to more guest satisfaction. In this practical workshop, learn how to strengthen your impact and learn how to communicate empathically and confidently.

 

The workshop consists of an online self-study course + presence workshop at the TVB. 

Participants will receive an access to the online self-study course via email - this course has to be worked through until the presence workshop.
