First aid course - 16h basic course part 1

First aid is essential. With your first aid skills, you can help people and save lives. Whether at work, in your free time or on the street. First aid is easy - you can't go wrong!

In our first aid courses you will learn from the professionals of the Austrian Red Cross everything you need to know to act correctly in emergency situations or refresh your existing knowledge. 

The courses are aimed at all employees who would like to complete a first aid course or act as a first aider in the company.

Prerequisite for a positive course completion is 100% attendance at the course hours.

The basic course consists of two parts. Part 1 on 11.07., Part 2 on 12.07.23

The refresher course lasts 8 hours and is suitable for people who have already completed a first aid course.

Course content:

• Recognize dangers
• Emergency call & rescue chain
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Handling the semi-automatic defibrilator
• Measures in case of sudden illness, injuries, poisoning
• Accident prevention
