The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang is not only well known, but, above all, well loved. This was recognised last ski season with the award of two prizes. ORF Salzburg awarded it the local prize for "Best Ski Area of 2009". The DSV active Ski & Sport magazine selected the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang as the most attractive ski area in Austria. International acclaim came in the renowned English magazine "Where to Ski and Snowboard" with no less than "the best European resort development of 2009".

Investment in innovation
The reason for the awards is easy to see: sustained investment and well thought out innovations in piste development and guest comfort lie behind the extraordinary quality of the ski area. In the last ten years, over 190 million Euros has been invested in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang. This winter, the highlights are the three new lifts. The 4-man Hasenauerkopf chair lift in Hinterglemm has become a modern 8-man chair with bubble and heated seats. In the beginners' area in Saalbach the new Turm 6-man chair lift is there to support the motivated beginners and children, of course with heated seats, orange bubble, and special safety bars for children. In Leogang, the 4-man Almlift chair now offers more comfort. This year a further 18 million Euros is being invested in developing the pistes and improving the comfort of guests, so that there will be award won next year too.

Mother Nature and her helpers guarantee we've got enough snow: 90 % of the pistes in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang have snow-making facilities and are practically snow-sure. This has a direct influence on the enjoyment of the guests: laughing kids, elegant turns, and the magic of alpine huts mean that every visit to the Skicircus becomes an unforgettable experience.

Feel like a movie star in a Ski-Movie
The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang has come up with an absolute world first in the form of reas Hollywood glamour: on the new Ski-Movie runs (ath the Unterschwarzachlift in Hinterglemm and the 4-man  Almbahn chair in Leogang) you can, by using "skiline", download your own ski video and analyse your carving technique - or send the clip to friends.

Freestyle Fun UNLIMITED
Whtether free skier or snowboarder, beginner or professional, the perfectly shaped funparks in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang will get freestyle hearts beating faster and fire the riders, and spectators, with enthusiasm. Perfect style can be finely tuned in the chilled atmosphere of the two expertly-shaped parks: the NITRO-SNOWPARK in Leogang, and the NIGHTPARK at the Unterschwarzachlift in Hinterglemm (open daily until 9:30 pm).

Floodlit pistes, the best Events & Après Ski
The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang offers the right nightlife for everyone: in the cosy alpine huts, in the après ski- or umbrella bars. Night owls can enjoy racing down after dark on the floodlit piste in Hinterglemm or ath the Schanteilift in Leogang. For partying, there's the Kufengaudi at the Asitz lift in Leogang (Tuesdays and Fridays) or, for tobogganing fun, there's the lit toboggan run at the Reiterkogel (open daily except Sunday). There's also a popular program of events to keep the party mood going.

Hits for Kids
The little nippers have also got plenty to smile about in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang. Whilst theirs parents are enjoying the pistes, children can practise their first turns and jumps in the ski kindergarten. Children born in or after 2004 can, with the Montelino Skipass, use all lifts for free.
Children born in 1994 - 2003 pay approximately half of the adult price and for those born in 1991 to 1993, there's a reduction of about 20 % on the adult price.

  Children (born in or after 1994) can ski for free on the following days: am 29.11., 06./13./20.12.2009.
• GO FOR SKI
  Under 18 year olds pay half of the normal price on the followin weekends: 09./10., 16./17., 23./24. January und 20./21. March 2010.
• LOCAK SPECIAL OFFER
  Salzburg goes skiing: People with permanent residency in Salzburgerland can benefit from special prices on the following days: 13.12.2009, 17.01.2010, 10.02.2010, 14.03.2010
• KIDS GO FREE:
  From the 13th March 2010, all children (born in or after 1994) automatically get a free ski pass when a parent buys at least a 3 day pass.
